2005 GTO

This is my latest project and daily driver. It comes with the 400 HP LS2 and an automatic trans. Initial plans call for twin turbos on the stock engine. Later I will build a dedicated turbo motor and up the boost.

My twin turbo kit just showed from APS. I am very impressed with the quality of the parts and welding. Here's a few pics:

I also have the short block completed. Wheel to Wheel in Michigan is handling the long block build. 402 cid stroker, 7.9:1 compression, custom turbo roller cam, Callies crank, Howards rods, Mahle pistons. Top it off with ported ET 240cc heads. Waiting on the heads, but here's a few pics of the short block assembly.

Heads just arrived from ET Performance. Engine should ship the end of the week. Here's a few pics.

Getting the swap done. Engine and trans is in, most the wiring is done. Waiting on tuning.
